These Terms of Service govern access to and use of QuantumStats, a manufacturing quality software platform operated by Technologies QuantumStats inc.

By creating an account, accessing, or using QuantumStats, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you use QuantumStats on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
QuantumStats is a cloud-based software platform designed to support manufacturing quality activities, including validation workflows, statistical analysis, quality documentation, project management, and related processes.
Features may include Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability analysis, Gage R&R and measurement system analysis, PPAP and FAI-related workflows, project tracking, reporting, and other manufacturing quality tools.
We may improve, modify, add, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining a QuantumStats account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing authorized users, roles, permissions, and access within their organization.
You must notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
Customers retain ownership of the information, documents, manufacturing data, project information, statistical data, drawings, records, and other content they submit to QuantumStats.
You grant Technologies QuantumStats inc. the limited right to process, store, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use customer data as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the QuantumStats service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority necessary to upload or process information through QuantumStats.
QuantumStats is designed to process business and manufacturing information that may be confidential. Technologies QuantumStats inc. will use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information stored through the service.
Customers remain responsible for determining whether QuantumStats is appropriate for the sensitivity, contractual requirements, regulatory requirements, and classification of information they choose to upload.
You may not use QuantumStats to:
QuantumStats provides statistical calculations, analyses, charts, indicators, recommendations, workflow information, and other decision-support tools based on information provided by users.
Results generated by QuantumStats depend on the accuracy, completeness, suitability, and statistical validity of the data and assumptions supplied by users.
QuantumStats is intended to support, not replace, professional engineering, quality, manufacturing, statistical, regulatory, or management judgment.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving decisions, submissions, manufacturing processes, specifications, inspection results, and quality records before relying on them for production, regulatory, contractual, or customer purposes.
Certain QuantumStats features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included features, and applicable limits will be presented when purchasing or managing a subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged in accordance with the selected billing cycle and applicable taxes may be added.
Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe.
Additional cancellation, renewal, trial, and refund terms may be presented with the applicable subscription offer.
QuantumStats may offer free or promotional trial periods. Trial duration, functionality, and eligibility may vary.
We may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to existing trial users.
QuantumStats, including its software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Technologies QuantumStats inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of QuantumStats or its intellectual property to customers or users.
Customer ownership of customer data is not affected by this section.
We work to maintain a reliable and secure service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
QuantumStats may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security events, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or other operational requirements.
Customers may discontinue use of QuantumStats in accordance with the terms applicable to their subscription.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service, prevent unlawful or abusive activity, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms.
Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to provide notice before suspending or terminating access unless immediate action is necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Customers are responsible for exporting information they wish to retain before their access to the service ends.
Following account termination, customer information may be retained temporarily for backup, security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes before being deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
QuantumStats may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics services, and other technology providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuantumStats is provided on an "as available" basis. Technologies QuantumStats inc. does not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular manufacturing, regulatory, contractual, or quality-management requirement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Technologies QuantumStats inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, production, business opportunities, or data arising from use of or inability to use QuantumStats.
Any limitation of liability is subject to rights and remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections that apply under applicable law remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as QuantumStats, our business practices, or applicable requirements evolve.
When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide any notice required by applicable law.
